What Happened?

After the Sandoz separation from Novartis, both companies continued to share the same PRISMA product until now.

As of July 1, 2024, both companies have their own independent PRISMA product.

Why did my Email notification link send me here?

Any notifications sent prior to the migration --- including the quarterly progress tracking reminders -- were sent from the old system. Simply navigate to the new system and you'll find your SOWs there.

Links from new notifications after July 1, will have links to the new locations.

Do I need to learn something new?

No. The functionality is the same as before. The only difference you'll see, besides branding, are related to brands and divisions that are only relevant to one or the other.

Does the new location have all my data?

Yes, all data was migrated to the new systems.

Will my password need to change?

No. Whether you access with SSO or manually login, your login credentials have not changed.
